Our Wedding- August, 7 2010- Westin, Copley Place

Its several months after the fact, but we wanted to post some pictures of the arrangements we did for our own wedding back in August. We used white roses and purple calla lilies. The white roses gave the wedding a classic and traditional feel, and the purple calla lilies provided a fun, modern "pop" to each of the arrangements.

We used white calla lilies for the grooms' boutonnieres. And purple calla lilies for the groomsmen.

Each bridesmaid bouquet had about two dozen roses, plus the purple calla lilies.

We used white spray roses and bright green hypericum for the Mothers' and Grandmother's corsages.

For the ceremony, we created large arrangements with white standard calla lilies, gladiolus, and white roses.

And we were able to reuse our ceremony arrangements to decorate the reception. This was a huge money saver!

We also decided to use lanterns and candles for table decorations during the reception. This not only saved time and money, but added romantic ambiance to the reception. We added purple rose petals to bring in our wedding color, and let guests take home the mini lanterns as favors.
